They had the best price by about 30% for 3/4 of my house (I had the front stuccoed), and they were quick and did really good work. 5ish years later, their work is still good, I haven’t had any issues with peeling siding or missing soffet/fascia etc. granted, it has been some time since they did work for me, and the fact that they moved makes me wonder if they’re under new management, but they would still be my first phone call if I needed siding again for another project.

I see people with gloves on in the middle cement with a drill, or have masks on sanding down the ceiling plaster, or on a ladder with a paint roller...shouldn't be stopping to get their phones.

We just got the appraisal back and while going through it the appraiser noted that it doesn’t not meet the guidelines for FHA because of peeling paint on the garage door.

Peeling off the yellow tack paper that is highlighted with 1970s glittery gold fleur de lis symbols hits me with an entirely different olfactory sensation, it smelled like that dank and stale smell of an old house; you flippers know it and so do I!

Vinyl plank flooring is the way to go in all rentals at this point and more specifically the glue down type rather than the peel and stick.

Not sure what Jacksonville is like, but here in Indy, any house I buy under $50k I’m probably looking at rehab costs between $30-60k, to do it right.Putting lipstick on a pig does you no good as it will just mask major issues that will haunt you in the end.
