The problem with that foundation is the rain and snow from the neighbors metal roof goes directly at the house and has destroyed the foundation...That is a house no one should even consider.

Basically, I want them to be responsible for any new long-term damages, even if the root cause of the damage happened before we entered into a lease, assuming it's caused by them.Another example: There's a high deck where rain water was directed and drained off harmlessly through a hole in the corner, by design.

Thankfully both guests didn't want to go anywhere, so I didn't have to have my 1/2 mile long driveway cleared off but I may not get that lucky next season.In addition, the recent rain that caused flooding in Wears Valley prevented anyone from getting to the cabin including my cleaner, their backup and the guests.
