BTW, I've found the best plan for minor internet service like these need is an old cell phone as a hotspot with a supercheap data only plan.

You just need to get a friend who's not using Google Voice to set up your account and forward calls and vmails to your cell phone.

I called the phone number listed as the persons cell, and it just rang.
