I'd like to start building a network of recommended resources (brokers, PM, financial, etc.) in the area, plus peers and colleagues like yourselves to bounce ideas around with. 

Jeff that wholeseller stuff has me bouncing around with joy.Can"t wait to get started.

Once I get a more concrete plan would you mind if I eventually picked your brain and bounced a few questions off you that I'm sure I will have?

@Seth Kitchka No problem - I wish I had found this site or a group of Buildium users to bounce things off of when I switched over -- I started using it when I only had a duplex with the idea I'd accumulate more properties later on -- my accumulation has been slow - however I know it will help me immensely as I move forward.  

Bounce new list against the old one and drop those that are back on and have changed account holder.  

I'd go in with an offer of 189k, and see how hard and firmly they bounce it.

I have seen several people bounce back from those low points.
