So at the start of the basic workshop, you can toss out softball questions asking how much they know about x, y or z, or you can flat out say "what are some money things that confuse you/heard about that you don't understand/etc?"

I think my main issue is that its overwhelming to think of steps A-Z all at once, it becomes confusing and causes mental shutdown.  

Looking to meet up with any kind of investor A-Z that is willing to teach a young kid.

I got up at 10am-12pm.. stayed up to 12am-3am, did everything people told me not to do, and still got from point A to point Z.. fast forward 15 years, and I get up between 4am and 8am, still minting money..

This ensures I can train and keep tabs on things the way I want it done, and essentially after a certain number of properties I will come out net ahead.Duties would include absolutely everything from A-Z, I want to be absentee of managing property.typically, I know to manage property in Texas, some places say a property owner can salary (plus bonus??)

If we were able to close in _________ would that help solve X, Y, & Z?
