Doing direct sales, cold calling, investing many months pounding the door down for people to sell...not my thing.  

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. 

They might start saving and planning on and off for a while before purging unwanted belonging and starting to pack and only later give notice and start to look for a new unit.

You can get to know any large lenders , ( and even foreclosure attorneys, )and help them quietly/low key clear the books quickly of unwanted assets and replace with your co new construction,Last, I've gotten leads from again surveyors that are out searching for places to locate cellphone towers... they check out lots of sitesand most aren't suitable... so that's knowledge they would be glad to share (sell ) you cheaply!

The last thing you want is to have unwanted attention/complaints about your property from neighbors.

Really pounds it in your head that once your passive income outweighs your expenses then you are on the fast track. 

Have probably gone through 3000 pounds of wood in the last 6 years. 

Being 5ft 5 inchesand 140 pounds and telling him to stay right there and you would beover to talk with him.
