Not being able to make a car payment or a medical bill payment will result, in most cases, in non payment of rent.Debt is debt whether it be student loans, medical, cell phone bills etc. when they default they borrow their landlords money to make ends meet.

OTHO, if you ever do get my cell number, I'm not going to text you and probably won't even accept it, if people have my cell number, they can call me.

Actually, with some of the new cell phones, it's worse to have a vanity number because phones such as the iphone don't have a keypad with the letters assigned to numbers.
