In our opinion, Class C tenants have FICO scores from 560 to 620 - where their chance of default/nonpayment is 15-22%.

My tenant found sublease for 500 less than he pays. He has 3 months of rent left and this is for 1 year new contract. Should I recover 1500 from him or 500*12?

We would like our home year three to be FHA as well.Hey Leah, when it comes time to refinance you can as long as you qualify for a conventional loan with a credit score of 620 or higher and have 5% – 25% equity in the home.

I could work backwards if I had to to add up all of the depreciation I claimed over the years and subtract that from my original basis, but I don't know what the original basis was.
