Has anyone worked with enrolled agents?

I see he sells resources and different programs, so I just want to know if he is legit, because he is also calling himself "the financial freedom coach" which sounds a bit weird to meI enrolled in his course named Tax Express hoping to gain valuable insights and knowledge about taxes which will outsmart the IRS as he claimed.

I will need to use some creative financing or lender as my credit score is low (620) and my current house has about $250,000 of equity in it which the banks won't lend as I have a $45,000 lien on my house due to my city repair program that I enrolled in to help me with some of the repairs to the house and also because my credit score is so low.

@Pragya SinghMy advice is to look outside your specific area.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

It's my understanding that in order to receive SS, you have to simultaneously enroll in Medicare.

@Ramiro SalinasI would recommend connecting with a CPA/Accountant before the end of the year.If you wait until April to connect with an accountant you lose out the ability to talking to him before the end of the year to see if there is anything you can do now to save on taxes.Furthermore, a lot of the good accountants will be busy in April so you are potentially risking not getting with a good accountant.If you are debating on getting an accountant, enrolled agent or CPA - make sure to prioritize whether he/she is capable of handling your tax situation.
