No one accountant is an expert in all areas in the tax code, so best to figure out what you want first in the world of real estate and then dive deeper there.

Cleveland stands out as a great option for real estate investments.

The coaches are making tons of money from coaching NOT real estate investing.  

Self-proclaimed Section 8 guru's online claim to do the latter and then find Property Managers after they purchase the property in whatever state, but I don't know how real that is. 

I am a licensed realtor based in Atlanta, Georgia, and I am currently working on obtaining my mortgage origination license.
