It’s counter-intuitive, but something is telling me to ask - have you thought about taking down the listing and reposting at a slightly higher rent amount?

Im only looking at places that have a pool/spool/spa since my intuition tells me they would do best & my family would be able to enjoy it as a vacation home in the off season (I love desert heat!)

It seems counter intuitive to give up our 3% rate to buy another house at 8%.  

Still, the system is free and is generally intuitive.

It's simple and intuitive. 

My intuition is that means his reach on the buy and sell sides is more narrow than that of some of the larger storage brokerage groups (Marcus & Millichap, Mele, etc.). 

So there is some counter-intuitiveness thinking that a great credit score is required to be a great renter.  

The main thing to also think about is the cost; QBO is about $20-30 per month, whereas you can purchase the Desktop version for about $200 and it will serve you for 3 years before Intuit starts decreasing any functionality.

Your intuition will likely tell you to get all your plumbing, hvac, electrical etc out of the way first..Don't do it like that. 

The interface is very simple and intuitive.
