This will probably be another STR in the next few years or so when we’re ready to move projected to make $60k gross annual revenue.I think we’re more stunned than anything because we never imagined that we’d be sitting on this much equity in such a short period of time.If anyone has any ideas they’d like to throw around and bounce off we would love to brain storm with you. 

I'm a big fan of controlling what happens to your cashflow system, and there are horror stories of bad tenants bouncing online payments so many times that QB eventually shuts down your payment feature permanently. 

And the check bounced back because the company does not exist at all and most probably it was a fake check.So will wait for the Lockout to happen.

Now that I’m in a good position to start on this new journey into RE Investing, I’m in need of some human guidance to bounce some ideas and strategies off of and expand my reach into my potential mentor’s network of seasoned professionals.I’m also willing to barter my professional advertising/production  services in exchange for information and leadership.  

Being able to bounce questions off of the teacher as well as networking with classmates was invaluable.

Personally, I'd prefer to option the property.Due to the extended time period and changing circumstances (and the input from others' influence) there are too many reasons tgat may cause a seller to either not perform or to rationalize bouncing out of escrow.
