No way the long term average capex is going to be $118/mo on a 2 br property ... you can confirm btw by adding up all the stuff that needs to be replaced over time and normalizing by its usable lifetime ... eg: roof $X/Y years + flooring $Z/A years .... = Capex expense, average over the long term.
