The market is crazy right now, and it is causing several people to make poor decisions ranging from waving home inspections or paying well over fair market value.

My partner and I use Wave to track our expenses and bookkeeping.

If they informed me in advance I will wave the late but if I was not contacted and given a heads up then the late fee is owed without exception.

So I was about to wave security deposit and last month rent because she is signing 6 month lease. 

But most likely there should always be waves of activity in the spring and maybe once more in the summer for those procrastinators.

In one of my real estate classes, I had a California Toyota transplant that moved here as part of the first wave. 

From my understanding you wave contingencies except right to inspect, so if property doesn't appraise you've got to find the money somewhere else. 

I was bold enough to not sell my stocks by riding out the wave; probably the smartest thing I had done at that time because they did eventually regain their value after about five years.

for 2017, but KC was riding a pretty aggressive (at least aggressive to us) price wave in spring/early summer 2016 that I think is going to flatten out.
