For me I studied wholesaling a lot before I turned 18 last month but the problem is that wholesalers aren't trained correctly.

I completed my coursework on realestateexpress.com and supplemented my studies with a prep guide. 

As it stands my knowledge is pretty basic, just what I've learned browsing the forums and gleaming through materials online, but I'm a quick study and want to really make an effort My specific areas of interest are wholesaling, buy and hold for rent purposes, and flipping once I become knowledgeable enough about the Philadelphia market. 

How long is the study period you usually offer?

Hello Colorado BP Members,I'm nearing the end of the my studies for a Colorado Broker license, and I'm looking for a low cost brokerage to hang my license at to meet the 2 year requirement.

I am brand new on this but I try to study everyday the business of Real Estates and see how can I find a nice deal to start with.

This CPA should know how to do cost allocation studies too if they are true "real estate" accounting gurus.
