What did the city council said about this law??

Council members voted in favor of the rezoning unanimously and held up a related agreement struck by Loma Vista residents and developer Roberts Communities as a model for the city.

Foolishly, I showed up to court with no representation and she had free council.  

The City Council members are very tenant friendly and anti landlord.

A Lakewood city council committee is studying the issue.

Sadly, the rest of the city council in East Cleveland were not on the same page and voted against it.

Some people to contact in an area: local police or sheriff, the Mayor or the city council/staff, HUD county office (they know which banks will finance), local established business owners, local Pastors and church officials, anyone in the area of the property with a nice house.
