Had I not driven there to see a property that I've made a loan on, I would have not appreciated the overlooked tree-lined streets of this foothill community.I'm not currently running any direct marketing campaigns so I'm not pulling data to create property lists.  

Great, now that is all I can think about and there isn't a Double Tree within miles of my office.

I'd like to convert the land into a parking lot, but the land is full of trees that I need to clear.

That big tree nearby might be a contributing factor. 

I should also look at trimming or taking down a couple of pine trees the drop sap and debris onto the roof.

I know in our state of Oregon.. its a pretty big step to get water rights and they are worth a lot.We had water rights on the Yamhill river for our 700 acre tree farm..

Aug 10 2015 they lose family dollar as a vendor, probably from a robbery incident or due to merger w Dollar Tree.

The lawns green right up again when the rain returns.We require tenants in our SFRs to take care of the landscaping, except we tend to the trees and shrubs.
