Ok so I’m buying my sisters house on land contract in Ohio.

According to the property manager, they accepted payments from someone who wasnt on the lease (I believe the sister) and then the borrower stopped paying and left. 

My four units in the area are each 2 beds and rent for $700, $900, $1,000 and my sister lives in the 4th.

@Patrick Daniel  we got the assumption part cleared up, but the brother and sister who own the property are in disagreement about a lien...going to be delayed over drama...but we will end up getting there. 

I lost my sister to drug addiction and I have struggled for a decade, since i was in my teens.

Reason, the property is owned by sisters, got it from their died mom.

One of my sons was friends with your sister.

FYI, in 1994, my when older sister turned 16, my parents bought a Volvo stationwagon for her to drive.

I would like to find a way around sticking them with a large tax bill as they have depreciated some of these for 25+ years allready.Heirship- i have 2 sisters as well, if my parents were to pass, these would be apart of the estate.

I have been using First Citizens Bank for all of my needs since they were local here (they recently merged with their NC sister bank and are expanding nationally).
