I need help in all aspects any suggestions?

I would appreciate for anyone to help me getting started to wholesaling in real estate when i hit 18 in january i look foward starting a carrer in real estate for my future but i need help to get prepared i got the basic of real estate of wholesaling but i need to know all the legal aspects of wholesaling of doing it safe and compliance with the law☺

I wonder why so many of these published real estate "experts" are leaving out this extremely important aspect of due diligence?

I had insurance on the property, so im covered in that aspect, because they are rebuilding my unit as part of a mass rebuild project jointly with the HOA insurance.

I know that Chicago has it's fair share of economic and political issues, but it's also a big City with a lot of positive aspects. 

Does anyone know if a commercial lender would consider these properties a 6-plex and value the properties from a commercial aspect for a commercial loan?

Make derogatory remarks about them, their families, etc.2. 

I understand the liability limiting aspect of an LLC is ruined if you "pierce the corporate veil", so I want to make sure to avoid that.
