@Jennifer Brown at this point I'm just using him for the LLC but I will be talking to him about using him for my deals.I have a bank that I currently have all of my mortgages with that's somewhat local (Prosperity Bank) As far as a CPA, my attorney gave me a name, by I haven't checked him out or talked to him yet.

Once that ran out I used a service called prosper - they're a peer to peer lender sort of like lending club.

Hopefully they're more than $400/month@Khizar Hanif From my experience with Prosperity Real Estate Group, The Wealth Club's meeting, and other big dog suggestions, wholesaling these properties for the time being is the way to go since the fear is still with the people and others that are moving to Houston.

When you live under a Govt that literally has a good deal of control over your business and potential prosperity, isn't it sometimes better to just liquidate and move elsewhere?

If a deal is fundamentally strong, including higher rates in your numbers, then it’s a deal that should work regardless of environment (accounting for the fact that you’re in a growing area with jobs, etc.)Considering I am still in the process of buying my first investment, I would note that I am not speaking from personal experience - instead from my limited knowledge of macroeconomics and real estate investing.Personally, I do agree that having higher reserves and having a fundamentally strong deal is the key to prospering in a market like this.
