It isn't blue, that is just the filtering of the light.The master bedroom needs paint, a few ceiling tiles, and new closet doors.Bedroom number two also needs paint,ceiling tiles replaced, and closet doors.Bedroom number three appears to have been remodeled recently with drywall added and "peel-N-stick" floor tile.

I have used peel-and-stick linoleum at the low end with Berber carpeting, while at the mid range house we have used an Allure type product to harden the flooring with tile , and at the higher end we have used hand-scraped wood flooring and a nice size or designer laid out tile.Appliances have ranged (pun intended)...I look for package deals in local flyers.

It's generally dangerous when it's in dust form, so probably what I would do is buy an asbestos mask for 40 bucks, tear up the section you need to access the pipe.

If anything, I got the wrong kind of laminate...it's the kind that's basically compressed particle board or something, so even small spills make the edges of the boards kinda peel.

Rather than glued down planks, you can get planks which ship-lap with a "glued edge" - they are glued to one another, but not to the subfloor.Some of the "glue down" commercial vinyl plank do not require smearing glue across the subfloor, but has the adhesive already on the back of the plank ... it goes down kind of like peel-n-stick tile.

Here are the details.1 acre with stalled project house- peeling shingles, house wrap, wood windows, sitting for 4 years at this stage 😳Adjacent is another acre, and then also an additional 4 acres with a modern metal barn- and lots of junked cars.
