Im not sure what would benifit me the most right now since im just starting out. is there any specific questions that a veteran investor would ask if you were in my position. im trying to find some help so i feel more confident in myself when i get there and dont sound like i dont know anything. i have been reading books on rental properties also read the art of war and im ready to overcome my fears and jump in. 

The questions you have, the money on the line, the fear of unknown.  

One of my biggest fears is getting stuck with a property and being taken to court for the full cash amount, which I most likely will not have.

I do fear that living in the multifamily will have it's issues such as tenants knocking for any little problem but this is something we have to deal with a new investors and it's all temporary.

Any advice from others who aren't super outgoing as to how they got over that fear and started to build relationships? 

It's very true that one must get rid of fear and doubt to reach success.

The biggest take-away from this should be noting how many others live in fear. 

We accept that working w/ a newbie may take more time than we want, but once that newbie gets over their fear & truly understands what they are doing, it becomes rewarding for the newbie & for us.  

The fear factor of calling back has already gone from where I started at maybe an 8/10 down to a 2/10, I think this is the main thing that keeps people from getting started.  

Not much is available and people are buying for fear that they will never be able to afford them if they don't buy now.
