Hi, I was wondering if anyone had compiled a list or if there is one online where I can find which tax credits are available for a redevelopment project. 

It compiles the monthly inputs to an annual report on its own.

My brokerage is supportive of all the agents and compiles MLS data for our review. 

@J Scott I am looking into conservation easements as well, and am compiling a list of syndicators that put together such deals.

I think AirDNA is fine for compiling data for a market, but not for a specific rental.

If it were a habit I would take a look for additional violations to compile several and evict.

Just finishing my GIS cert now and have been dabbling with things like Matt has mentioned, school districts , flood plains, etc where the data is all nicely compiled and formatted already but very interested in taking that to the next level.
