All of my deals are below 70%, a couple are below 50%, but I do come close to the mark sometimes if it really intrigues me.the seller is not in the driver's seat on this deal, and you will only hurt yourself by bending to their demands.

Home prices are having this weird micro variation in like kind; I see luxury doing awesome, luxury descending, median doing great, median contracting, about the only generalized stability is "affordable" housing which let's be real, what's now in the bucket for "affordable" is rather mind bending some days isn't it, "affordable" housing is in epic short supply and monumental demand, with inputs making such all but impossible to fulfill in any meaningful volume.

I'm not saying that agents should bend over backwards to work for free, but doing basic things like answering a phone call or responding to an email/text in a timely fashion seems to escape a lot of agents.No agent should work for free or just give things away with no hopes of that client actually doing a deal, but if you do agree to help or work with someone, then do it.
