There is truly no easier way for the average American to get ahead. 

Neighborhood schools garner 4’s for elementary and high school and a 7 for the local middle school.We don’t live in Oregon, but do live in the pacific northwest and regularly visit relatives who live in the Grants Pass/Medford area.

those who are looking for a move in 2 weeks ahead of time are those who haven't found a place yet or people who have to move (eg being kicked out of their old place for not paying rent).  

I had planned to visit San Antonio in the fall to see some properties but haven't quite planned out the areas yet.

In the end our actual budget has been ahead of our estimated which has worked out in our favor.The biggest variable is going to be placement costs.

For sure whichever market I decide on (I'm between IL, MI, and OH at the moment), I'll spend some time visiting.
