In my Chart of Accounts we list each account separately and then each one is easily listed on my P&L.

I use CharGPT to help with descriptions and in finding some comps before I list.

The historic committee has a list for that.

Here are a few key items that help us stand out from other companies. 1- We act as the bridge between landlords and tenants.

Listing price is at 130k and agent mentioned that the seller has wiggle room to drop the price.

I look at every single item in the pro forma and imagine that it is complete BS, and see if I can challenge it.

However, several random websites still have my original listing with the $30,000 price as an active listing and my phone number. 

You should only have to do this with the largest items- mainly couches/chairs and dining sets.
