The agent gives me the finger for my "low ball" offer.

Keeping my fingers crossed that I ran my numbers right and by mid to late summer I'm hoping to be onto investment three. :)

I'm sure the place will be a noisy construction site for at least a year.I want to avoid pointing fingers, but we put our trust in an HOA to take care of things, to separate and insulate ourselves from the emotional responsibility of maintaining and protecting the value of our property. 

We have our work cut out for us but fingers crossed!!!

This is why passive investors considering an investment into a private offering should not simply scan a grid of forecasted IRRs, CoCs, and EMs and land their finger on the one with the highest number and "click the button to invest."

MoneySense says Brentford is the best choice for investing in 2018.Costs are ok-ish in the 250,000 - 350,000 range for a 2-3 multi family.But if I was looking for 150,000 while finger-crossing to stick with the “1% rule”, I’d be in the outskirts.Then I got thinking “how far away are people actually willing to stay from a major city, and rent rather than buying?”

It seems like a lot of work but, in the Internet Age today, the information is at the tip of your fingers.

And sorry for all the backstory... but it’s my story and I feel it’s important and relevant to my itchy trigger finger scenario.
