I speak real estate and renewable energy products fluently.

I've found the platforms, in my case particularly AIR to be hard to work with.....very poor tech support, if they can even barely speak English....And the supervisors are not much better.

As part of the contract for the last yeah I have a plain English summary letter that explains every paragraph in 1 sentence.

English man... what an inefficient language sheesh.

I, the ESL kid, am not going to dare touching on defining the difference in the English use of such, but there is also kind of a point there that if I, an ESL kid "get-it", well I kind of would expect it should be rather easy for all others to as well. 

Some of my tenants do not speak or read English.  

I've owned multi-family property since 2004, and it helps explain a lot of it in plain English...
