Without a physical presence in America and a limited internet connection, I fear I am incapable of garnering a foothold without being conned.

but what I've learn so far from reading all the blogs and post is to not let fear win!!

How do we, as realtors, demonstrate our professionalism and ethics and alleviate your fears?

@Maggie Tasseron   I think that's my fear - it doesn't always result in a better job next time.  

I am thinking to show my deals to these prospect buyers before I put these properties under contracts , to find out if there is an interests and how much they are willing to pay for deal(s) then I would go and see if I could tie the property under contract for a lower price.my fear was : end buyer will steal my deals and go direct to seller or agent, or source . 

Although it's a remote possibility of being sued, we leave ourselves open if we don't have ANY coverage and I'm more fearful of losing what I've got now than any further price gains.

The fear of the unknown has always  allowed my subconscious to dial down the volume of that little voice. 

Things like this get reported out of proportion to what really happens and all it does is make us timid and fearful and suspicious of every shadow around the corner.

Fear really stops most people from even trying. 

First, fear is of failure to a point that I screw up my current bills etc etc and have to ask for help (Im relatively cool with this because Ive screwed up before and still lived).
