Because we are running into the holiday season if your intuition tells you that there may be a problem getting the tenant out you can offer cash for keys, but the cash never goes directly in the tenant's hands.

You'll get the intuition that maybe you approach seller A with script B but seller B with script D just because of their relative tones or speech patterns.Hope that helps!

I was using Intuit SparkRent until today when I received a notice that Intuit is closing down the service.  

Look into out of state investment in the suburbs of  "second tier" cities as they call it - they all have HUGE potential with major medical/tech companies moving Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cincinnati, CLE all have multiple up and coming neighborhoods that are ripe for smaller flips or generally left aside by intuitional investors

Now I've been informed by Intuit desktop version is going away.

Not everything is intuitive or about being a smart investor or manager.

Many people I have spoken to about this case intuitively say "no."
