I can only assume you're stressed and frustrated and this is not how you interact with people normally.Disingenuously implying that you know what's going on inside my head was the icing on the cake. 

I use squarespace and it shows me how people interact with my website.

We have little interactions and I only receive responses when I directly contact the company. 

In regards to the negotiation, the listing price was $40k and we got it down to $35k without much hassle because he remembered that our interactions 17 years ago in high school were respectful.
