I really appreciate it.I'm glad Im not the only one to mess up like this although it sounds like I set a record for the scale of the screw up with so many messed up letters before I caught the mistake.Anyone need any kindling for their fireplace

We have a duplex that sits on top of garages for each unit, and then has a detached 2-car garage with its own power/meter, and even a fireplace, and they're all rented separately.

If there is a fireplace, we look into the firebox too to make sure they are not burning prohibited materials and that they are keeping the firebox clear of ashes.When entering a room, we look around in a clockwise manner and down/up too.

LOL, if you don't have a calculator to use in RE deals and you only look for deals as obvious as Rob's car example,you won't be making much money or be around long.While you may understand the terms, you need to study the basics and understand the comparable property valuation process, you don't need to be an appraiser and add values for a fireplace, but understand the valuation of the overall market, neighborhood influences, location, how a school influences price and conditions.
