Self showings, leasing call centers, I have a insurance companies credit department that screens the tenants and monitors there default risk throughout the year.

==============recahed out to the zoning department and their answers vague , ofcourse I cannot pull the trigger basing on these responses================I reached out to a local architect and he says he is not the right person to help :-)So who is the right expert in this ?

Johnny, My spidey senses tell me that if your company is big enough to offer a discount employee share purchase plan someone in the finance department or the IB that took them public made sure the shares have to vest for a nice LONG time.

They service things like the Registry of Deeds, county jails, transporting prisoners, etc.If you have a property in mind, call that town's Building Department.
