so you're already ahead if you can save while you progress.the market is really challenging right now. 

Hope your company is successful, lord knows every gym seems like most of their equipment is outdated and out of service every other time I visit LOL! 

This also gives us the flexibility to block it off for friends/family when they visit.

@Jai JaniIf they sell and you have clear title and title insurance you should be protected but I also would run it by an attorney ahead of time as well.

I guess my follow up question is (and I know I’m getting ahead of myself) what is the “move” afterwards?

I am not an expert on Cleveland or Columbus but I will strongly recommend you visit the cities you may be interested in and tour the local market with a Broker/Agent that specializes in rentals.

I personally, being on the NAR Board, at multiples levels of the organization, and being heavily involved on the lobbying/legal side have been way ahead of the curve on this stuff. 

Then, go ahead and bid on a property.

If you start doing your own projects in your mid to late 20's you'll be ahead of 90% of the RE investors I know, including myself.

There is truly no easier way for the average American to get ahead.
