Over the years we have built office buildings, medical/dental clinic, office/retail condos, small office parks, residential subdivision, and my husband used to build steel buildings too. 

These are real manufactured houses that are built onto a steel frame; they look and feel like a real house and they have a room, kitchen and bathroom.Anyone involved with the tiny market should know that you can not get mortgage financing on an RV because they can be moved and are not considered permanent residences.

My husband and I are selling our primary residence (our first accidental flip).We have previously gutted the home and rehabbed the entire kitchen, floors, dining room etc (bamboo floors, chandeliers, stainless Steele appliances etc.)There is a guest bathroom at the front of the house that we are in the process of renovating as well.And then there is the master bathroom.

In my view this is what HML lenders do all day long so it's just talking to a few lenders to find one who'll back you and the deal.My view is that due to the popularity of building parks in the 60's and 70's and the now age of the founder is quite advanced, there;'s lots of dilapidated parks all over the country in this or nearly this bad a shape.  

I'm planning to jump in evenings & weekends when I have most of my empty time slots, starting with tonight.

You can see the breakfast room ahead with the windows.And now the countertops....We went with white appliances to go with the cabinets and to eliminate worries about smudges on stainless steel.

Elisha,If your baseboard heaters are not the old cast iron type, then replacing them is not a big deal – you can replace the outer steel enclosure, or the heating element, or the entire unit.

Removing enough wall to see and then can cut a small slot to follow it. 

If it is a steel braided cable running through to the other side of the house I am going to tell you yes you have problems.
