My husband and I are selling our primary residence (our first accidental flip).We have previously gutted the home and rehabbed the entire kitchen, floors, dining room etc (bamboo floors, chandeliers, stainless Steele appliances etc.)There is a guest bathroom at the front of the house that we are in the process of renovating as well.And then there is the master bathroom.

In my view this is what HML lenders do all day long so it's just talking to a few lenders to find one who'll back you and the deal.My view is that due to the popularity of building parks in the 60's and 70's and the now age of the founder is quite advanced, there;'s lots of dilapidated parks all over the country in this or nearly this bad a shape.
