You need a male quick-connect fitted to a female hose fitting.

I had the same request from a tenant who is a female and had to walk in an unlit area between homes.

I've also had issues between male and females, so I typically try to only have one gender per apartment (either all males or all females).

I rented out 4 Bedrooms to female professionals at $500-700 each plus utilities and paid all my mortgage ($1500).

Females are understandably more cautious about a shared space so all of my renters have been male.  

My first STR was a disaster- I had people throwing 20+ people parties in the small 1B1B  apartment, someone had  female issues on my light blue kitchen chair and the cops were called multiple times. but I LOVED it, made money and would do it all over.

If you were Asian your mom would be saying...where's the next one!  

I don't have a theme but like to keep all male or female add a couple of things in the lease to try to limit drama and label all shared spaces like fridge/pantry.

As @Joseph Firmin said, those don't sound like maintenance issues - stoves get dirty after being used, tubs not draining after a female using them, and preference for length of blinds are all not "maintenance" issues.

During the keynote he thought it was a good time to drop the N word twice and call for harm against a female US politian.
