@Jerry Ellis I personally wouldn't invest somewhere where my taxes could triple out of the blue unless I did a bunch of improvements, that could be a major cash flow killer. 

We are replacing the other door with the same white door, but probably doing something like bright blue for differentiation.

You use these properties to trade in order to acquire the light blue properties and the orange properties.
