So even if you pick a state with stronger protections like WY or NV, the cause of action arose in the state where the tenant fell, so likely that the court where the accident happened would have jurisdiction.

It's like walking into a bar, picking a fight with someone, and then when you are about to get tossed out, saying why are you throwing me out, I didn't do anything.

There's some GREAT meetups around the Tampa area where you can deepen your knowledge on investing while picking up buyer.

Instead, in advance (by days generally), I sign documents needing a notary at the local Wells Fargo, then overnight mail or have a broker pick up the executed documents.

With drop-off and pick-up in Northeast Minneapolis, I paid just under $400 base rate for a 10-yard dumpster with a 7 day window.However, I also had a ton of plaster and lath that we had demo'd out of the unit and ended up getting hit with another $95 weight overage charge from the dumpster company.  

People - Pick a good handyman and housekeeper, I would go with an individual rather than a company because you really do need specialty service.
