Lee, not unusual to define deficiencies during your inspection contingency period, however large discrepancies in scope and condition may be cause to rethink the relationship, as ultimately this is a marriage.

We ended up surveying a zero lot line down the marriage wall and using a party wall agreement instead of an HOA for the maintanence agreement at the request of the new owners.  

Hey Bellingham Investors,Has anyone ran into the Bellingham Municipal Code 20.08.020.F that states a lawful situation for residence zoned as a single-family as "One or more persons related by blood, marriage, or adoption, or not more than 3 unrelated persons, living together within a single dwelling unit."?

He can barely get around due to his condition, I felt kinda sad for him he can't read or write.They have 6 kids together, 9 in total, 3 of which are from his late wife's previous marriage.
