It just depends on what you need it to do.Honestly, unless you can pay someone, I'd look into weebly, if you self host wordpress, you will spend most of your time working on the dang website and learning countless skills instead of actually being productive.

Hey everyone, After countless frustrating hours creating self-made yellow letters, I've successfully completed my first self-managed direct mailing campaign targeting tax delinquent absentee owners.
