I think if you have to contemplate whether the tenants application is eligible, its probably not a good idea to move forward.

Don't spend to long contemplating this question as this is more of a direct response marketing industry and so much about building a house hold name.

From what I've read, about 90% of them are for sexual assault, sex trafficking, or involve child pornography.

We’ve contemplated hard money but also wanted to consider Wholesaling a few properties to build capital.

I just wish the tables could be turned and these tenants that are commiting all kinds of crimes beyond just overstaying would finally be facing charges like fraud, extortion, terroristic threats, assault, etc...you know, the kinds of things that landlords get threatened with when they want to throw the book at one, but somehow tenants seem to be immune from.
