But I found out that while i'm 90% ready, there are too many loose ends i found in my methods and processes that I can now rectify going forward.For those that haven't had to compile evidence yet I have a couple of things for you that were eye openers for me.

If you've definitely decided to start investing in notes or are still perhaps in the exploratory stage, I've been there and have a lot of information compiled starting from around 1996 when I first got into the business.

I have been compiling lists of devices that can add value to a property, raise appeal to potential buyers and can be quickly and easily installed.

This would be a list to begin compiling.
