Hello, I have 5 mortgages on 8 investment properties, but I'm no longer working a high income job and so I need to pay more attention to DTI for future loans. 

The listing agent doesn't show up to the inspection, that's the buyers agents job to go with their buyers.However, appraisal is a must for the listing agent.

I have a primarily stay-at-home job with excessive free time. 

Fortunately, with my job, I do have people there to discuss it with and learn from, but I am still excited to expand that knowledge base further than my immediate circle.On my personal real estate journey, I am currently under construction on a new-build triplex that I'll be house hacking.

I see a few challenges arising with this type of set-up.If for example, he/she doesn't do a good job or if you no longer need their services or if a conflict arises between landlord and manger.Is their a way to structure the managers pay without bumping in to challenges later on?
