Normally, we get a second wave of homes listed in Fall that just did not happen this year (likely due to all the uncertainty arising from the pandemic and election).If you wait until a downturn in the market, then it will be much harder to sell, especially for a townhouse.And, this is a good time to lock in a low interest rate on your next investment.Again, if it's right for you, I wouldn't wait to buy.
