Beyond that, my one page application and I don't use credit scores but I do check for criminal and eviction records, which are dis-qualifiers.

Beenverified lists phone numbers, relatives and associates, criminal record, liens and judgments and more. 

I do like the idea of making it look not vacant to criminals though.Ok say that you, don't post the address ever, and only give out lock box code to trusted individuals that you may have worked with before. 

Or something resulting from criminal activity?
