Long story short, we had our plumber go in and it turns out there were “female products” in there.

Locked the house with a male and female pit bull, bag of dog food and big water trough and used it for a puppy mill.Found it at mid-lease inspection, full of poop and puppies.

I am NEW to "real estate investing", and new in Bigger Pockets.But I have read a lot of real estate investing books, that "to me", ALL sounded shady AF.From Robert Kawasaki, Carlton Sheets, Ed Beckley, Dave DelDoto, a couple of the reality tv flippers, that Asian guy that went from dishwasher to "do-ing" top models on rented mini-yachs, and a few others.  

The husband was sleeping (he works nights) and, sad to say, the females in the household handled the situation by running around like chickens with their heads cut off, screaming and running out of the house.Their screaming woke up the husband who had the good sense to throw the main breaker and call us. 

I know multiple successful female investors as well so don't let that hinder anything.

For my home I have a soft red tone Asian cherry love it but not durable for children or high heel shoes.

For my plan to work though, it will need to cashflow as a traditional investment property when I move out.The issue is as @Ian Halter mentioned, 80% of properties here don't cashflow at all, and 95% don't cashflow enough to be comfortable in the margins.

I had a 24 year old female applicant with bank account, debit card and one (1) VISA card. 

Misogynistic behavior is not only blatant discrimination, but the includes the dismissal, devaluation and ridicule of opinions voiced by a female.
