There are neighborhoods such as Olivia Beach that allow STR usages outright as well as pockets with specific Commercial Tourist Zoning that are not subject to a waitlist.The other major change to a top STR destination was in Rockaway Beach Oregon.

Every "good deal" would have to be well below asking to get the figures I would want. 

Occasionally there is some decent Savings in those relationships as well.

However, I am open to out of state rentals as well. 

A whole lot to be wary of- well, lagoon system and then those POH trailers. 

My wife and I have overhauled our personal budget to reflect the 'pay yourself first' approach (allocate in order: income comes in -> invest -> donate -> fixed expenses -> variable expenses -> fun $$).We are looking to see what experienced people generally recommend for a holding tank for that 'invest' allocation while we target our first real estate deal.What financial vehicles have you guys used that works well for this?
