Even the ones that talk about things you're not particularly interested in doing are still valuable because they'll often touch on topics that are important across all facets of real estate investing like finding financing, locating deals, etc.  

I have no intention of touching the security deposit money and that has already been placed in a separate account.

Your resale target will vary depending on if you want to rent it out after rehab or sell (flip) the property.Would not touch renting back to them with a ten foot pole.

Any networking with any person who touches investors (lawyers, bankers, contractors, etc) is a good long-term tactic for meeting them.

Little weary about the whole partnership thing so if anyone has any advice I'd love for you to share.Also, is it realistic for me to think I can do $150k - $350k in gross profit a year if I don't touch/spend my initial investment and profit?

Don't ask me the numbers yet because I am still adding the final touches on other unit.
