Rocket station has trained VA's who work primarily with investors. 

A transfer station will charge you something because they have to move it. 

I intend to do this either in the DFW market or College Station market, as I'm most familiar with these and I think they both have lucrative markets for the asset class I want to enter.

I opened an account at a credit union nearby, gave them my business name and member number (not account number) and they can just go deposit it for me at the teller station. 

We also have bought by the train station since there is development happening over there (you can google Roebling Lofts). 

TV stations first, then newspapers.Get some press on this and the politicians will take notice. 

Still affordable with easy access to beach and train station.
