When furnishing the property, is it worth paying extra for a sleeper sofa or pullout couch?

Keep in mind you are primarily partnering with the government.Expect additional tenants, grown children with boy friends, babies, pets, couch surfing friends, ex spouces you name it. 

I also closed on my house, and then needed to buy a bed, mattress, couch, and some chairs.

One could sleep on Mom's or a friend's couch.

They rent, and several weeks ago allowed a male friend to crash on their couch for a few nights.

.- Being too nice... sometimes it's nice to help a roommate tenant move in a couch, but I'm sure if you give an inch too often they'll take a mile.

Do they not mind another person living there, paying less than they are even if it's just for a couch?

He gave the kids clothes to the parents to show he was making an effort to resolve the issue kindly, he told the tenants that he wouldnt report the pills and bag of pot he found if they resolved it in a civil manner, and he gave a rent-to- own company their couch back so the tenants wouldnt get prosecuted.
